What Do You Take Away From Your Workplace?

Really! What do you take away from your workplace at the end of a long day?

Tiredness.

Sadness.

Cheerful memories of the day.

Smiles.

Indifference.

If it is smiles or cheerful memories of the day, then you are one lucky person. Usually, in all the sad stories of office turmoil the villain is either the boss or the peer. It is never the work itself.

Have you ever noticed that?

When things go wrong, we tend to blame someone whom we envy or whom we can never reach up to neither in ideals nor in talent.

Never ever do we sit down and introspect whether we are doing the work we always wanted to do or are we doing it right, are we motivated enough for the job we have undertaken and of course, is this the career we wanted to be for life…

If we have answers to the above questions and if the answers were all in positive we wouldn’t have any trouble whatsoever at work.

Apart from a very small percentage, most of us fail because we have chosen a space that we shouldn’t have.

Often than not, the problem lies in our choices. In life, love and work, we got to make choices that will work for us not the ones that look gorgeous and glamorous. It may seem beautiful superficially, but it may not be cut out for us.

What’s the point in getting committed and then wonder why we are not able to be the best at it.

Mannequins in cloth shapes look great in the attire it sports, that doesn’t mean that it would look good on you.

Remember, it is an idea. Not an instruction to you.

Choose the one that fits and then there would be no complaints, but just peace.
